Enhancing Climate Action Through Accountability.

Under the #FLLoCA framework, Minimum Performance Conditions (MPCs) and Performance Measures (PMs) incentivize County Governments to strengthen their efforts in addressing climate change adaptation, aligning with the national policy agenda.

Annual Performance Assessments (APAs) play a pivotal role by:

✅ Identifying capacity gaps in counties and strengthening country systems.

✅ Guiding national capacity support under FLLoCA’s Investment Project Financing (IPF) component.

APAs are a cornerstone of the FLLoCA Program design, driving targeted support and enhanced climate resilience across Kenya.
