He has extensive expertise in financial management for various World Bank funding instruments, including Investment Project Financing (IPF), Performance for Results (PfR), and Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs).
Beyond financial management, Dr. Pedo has deep experience in World Bank program implementation, development finance, procurement regulations, and monitoring & evaluation. His leadership has been instrumental in the design, restructuring, and closure of numerous high-impact projects and programs.
